Join us for Wine Wednesdays

Once a week we gather over beverages and snacks for a rotating presentation given by a TLCD staff member, project team or outside guest. This 35+ year tradition gives us a pause to enjoy each other’s company and learn something new. Topics range from Don’s trip to Portugal to Lauren’s experience at Neocon 2018 to David’s use of a new product on a mixed-use project. Let us know if you have a community project or a thought-provoking topic you’d like to share with us at an upcoming Wine Wednesday.
Watch Us Roll Up Our Sleeves
What do fat pens, push pins and trace paper have in common? At TLCD, you’ll find all these tools of the trade as design gets started on a project. Whether a cool idea finds an easy launch, or a tricky planning challenge needs to be broken open, design teams come together to explore creative solutions. Realistic BIM models emerge from a series of iterations that cover all the bases. 3D renderings and study models explain visually how a project can become a built environment before shovel meets soil. That’s when the fun really starts!
