Bill McNearney, AIA, LEED AP
Architect
Bill sees the role of “Architect” as a problem solver whose goal is to make a difference in people’s lives. He particularly enjoys healthcare architecture because the built environment helps care givers deliver their best to patients. For Bill, the bigger and more complex the project the better.
His successful leadership style calls for true teamwork – keeping everyone informed and creating a high level of participation for the entire team. Younger staff members flourish under his mentorship, which has a healthy dose of optimism and a story to fit every situation.
They call me Mr. OSHPD.
