David Delasantos

Architect

With an interest in both design and business, David was drawn to multi-family/mixed use projects early in his career and has maintained that focus. He is particularly interested in the complexity involved in developing projects and possesses the technical and interpersonal skills to execute them successfully.

David enjoys the creative process of transforming an idea into a part of the built environment, and is adept at identifying and synthesizing the unique constraints of each new project into a coherent design solution. Clients appreciate his experience with large scale mixed use projects, which translates into well designed and financially successful projects that support the local community.

Working in teams is part and parcel with David’s leadership style and mentoring junior staff is particularly satisfying. Watching their “light bulb” moments is not only meaningful but also sparks opportunities for everyone to learn something new or apply what has been learned in a different way.

My claim to fame is having played at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland 3 times with 2 different bands!
