K12 Education Practice Leader
Carl’s 20-year career in architecture reveals a personal and professional passion for educational architecture which supports student success, as well as a mind-boggling ability to juggle technology and sustainable practices with a good dose of humor.
Stacey Walker
Interior Design Principal
With a degree in Interior Architecture and extensive experience in both design and project management, Stacey’s new role will assure the robust integration of interior design and furniture services into all project types to best serve our clients’ needs.
Daniel Backman
Higher Education Practice Leader
Since joining TLCD’s Education Studio, Daniel’s leadership of high-profile visual and performing arts projects, along with his passion for design technology and active mentorship have brought an energetic spark to TLCD’s collaborative culture.
David Delasantos
Multifamily/Mixed-Use Practice Leader
Having successfully executed numerous multifamily/mixed-use projects in the Bay Area, David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm where, by advocating for urban infill development, he is helping North Bay communities realize their housing goals.
Carl, Stacey, Daniel and David were chosen by Don and Jason for their demonstrated leadership skills, their ability to connect with clients and their unwavering commitment to the firm’s mission and vision, which they played an integral role in shaping. As champions of the values that created our firm culture and inform the way we practice architecture, our new principals are united in their dedication to TLCD’s current and future success.
