It’s great to see owners recognize the value of BIM. Of particular interest to me were the following points:):
– IFC compliance
– model is property of owner
– models must be georeferenced
– architect must be model manager
– BIM execution plan is a required deliverable at each phase
– “… BIM… should not result in increased fees.”
Hey, at least they aren’t reducing fees!
