American AgCredit envisioned a new headquarters building in the heart of Sonoma County’s “Wine Country” that would house their diverse group of finance professionals devoted to the agricultural industry.
The idea of a building in “motion” spurred an approach to the design based on two curving forms that wrap and embrace an interior courtyard. The slender building shapes bring daylight deep into the space and create an open and expansive interior. Three pedestrian bridges, exterior roof walks and decks encourage people to explore and enjoy their workplace… always with views in mind.

The NanaWall operable wall systems used in the building offer transparency, energy efficiency and clean lines to create flexible spaces. Whether it’s the 3rd floor boardroom that opens up to a large outdoor deck, or project rooms that can be easily reconfigured, the result is a building that brings people together and encourages interaction and collaboration.
