The annual tradition of designing illuminated centerpieces for TLCD’s holiday party continues! This year the team challenged each other to design stylized trees in 3D with a holiday motif of their choice. Being able to conceptualize a design and then fabricate it is a great tool for testing ideas on a smaller scale. Plus, it’s just fun to hang out with your coworkers and get creative.
Once the team had developed their concepts, the designs were exported to Rhino, laser cut and then hand assembled. These beauties will be on display at TLCD’s holiday party this coming weekend as the centerpiece for each table. Stay tuned… we’ll post photos of the final designs and party pictures next week!
