TLCD welcomes Architect, David Delasantos to our Open Practice studio. David has a strong background in multifamily and mixed-use residential projects and plays a mean guitar (more about that later). While he may be a “newbie” at TLCD, he’s certainly not new to the profession.
David spent the last 23 years with an East Bay firm where he developed expertise in the design, entitlement and execution of complex mixed-use projects. His first project at TLCD is 888 Fourth Street, which, at seven stories, will be the largest downtown Santa Rosa multifamily/mixed-use project to date.
A long-time Petaluma resident, David feels Santa Rosa is well positioned for urban development and has the necessary infrastructure in place to make this type of growth a reality. We couldn’t be happier to have him join our leadership team and help expand the Open Practice studio into this much needed building sector.
Speaking of playing a mean guitar, David is in a 70’s rock and roll band that does gigs all over Northern California…he’s even played the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 3 times. We think David’s going to be a great fit with all our other creative personalities at TLCD!
