Em Grayho

Em comes from a long family tradition of Cal Poly Engineers, so when attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, it was assumed they would continue the family legacy. Always one to embrace a challenge, Em went in another direction and majored in Architecture – a decision they have never regretted. After several years working in the San Francisco East Bay, Em joined TLCD and brought a fun-loving sense of humor to our team. 

An avid rock climber and aerial artist, Em takes every opportunity to practice and hone their skills. Not surprisingly, they bring this same level of drive and determination to their professional life. As a member of the Education Studio, Em works on school modernization projects, enjoys creating visual stories through renderings and videos, and is actively involved in our office’s (J)EDI and Design Technology committees.
