Exchange Bank came to TLCD with their vision for a “Bank of the Future” that would appeal to today’s emerging markets while respecting an established client base.
Evolving customer needs and new technologies spurred the development of a prototype retail bank that resulted from a deeply collaborative design process. The heavily used Windsor branch was completely renovated in a manner that allowed the bank to remain operational during construction.
The dim interior was transformed into a light and bright space that is welcoming and invites customers to stay awhile.
Warm wood furnishings were specially designed to house state-of-the-art banking equipment and provide height adjustability for collaborative communication with customers.
CUSTOMER ZONES
Amenities include a technology bar, hospitality center, children’s area and private outdoor patio. Patterned glass and polished stainless steel accents bring a sparkle to this popular retail bank that does double duty as a community hub.
