In a business where serving client needs and achieving successful architecture are always first and foremost, Sandy’s role as office manager is not necessarily front and center. But, truth be told, she is TLCD’s best-kept secret. Whether helping with HR issues, interviewing potential staff, editing proposals, processing contracts or overseeing the front desk, she is always calm, approachable and professional.

Sandy truly values the opportunity to work with each member of the staff in a wide variety of ways. Ultimately she sees her job as ensuring the office runs as smoothly as possible while being a resource for staff so they can get their jobs done efficiently. The topper is that she gets to throw a little party for the staff every week at Wine Wednesday.

A little known fact is that I have my pilot’s license (even though it’s expired now) but plans are afoot to get back in the air someday soon.
