Phil Jones

Project Captain

Architecture is a profession where you meet people who knew what they wanted to be at age 5. Then there are the folks who discovered their passion for architecture after doing “other stuff”. Meet Phil and his wife Jill who pursued their higher education goals over the course of a decade with plenty of time off for travel – including a 6 month trip to Central and South America.

Phil enjoys “free form” travel where improvisation and good people skills find those memorable off-the-beaten-track places. By the same token, that “can do” attitude helps him get the job done in record time while bringing the highest design standards to bear. He currently is working on design of higher education projects while juggling construction administration tasks and ongoing coordination with DSA.

I can write notes in the dark, a perk resulting from an undergraduate degree in Film/Media studies.
