Professional Development
We offer a robust program of AIA/CES registered programs, from noontime programs to more intensive off-site programs and conferences. We actively support IDP and assist interns along the path to licensure. Professional development topics include high performance design, evidence based design, building codes, and professional practice topics such as marketing and office management.
Sustainability
We encourage and pay for LEED exams, and currently have 18 LEED accredited professionals. But sustainability means much more than rating systems; environmental responsibility is an integral part of all aspects of our practice and is considered an essential component of good design.
Community Involvement
We are active in our community from boards of local non-profits, to design boards and commissions, to grassroots hands-on activities. We actively support arts, educational, and other community resources including the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
