Investigation & Research

Every project begins with active investigation and research, a process that includes evidence-based design, touring other facilities to learn what does and does not work, and reaping the benefits of third party research. A stream of ongoing research combined with our own studies and experience constantly informs and challenges our design choices and methodology.
